&bull; Complementary events include use of equipment available in the hotels. Menus are set by each hotel.

&bull; A $15.00 USD per person service charge will be applied per cocktail party and reception guest for level 3.

&bull; Wedding room contract is mandatory. Individual reservations made through a different via, will not be counted towards complimentary events. Surcharges may apply.

&bull; The complementary ceremony includes 30 guests. Each additional guest be subject to an additional $10.00 USD charge.

&bull; The collections are charged separately and the couple can purchase them independently, regardless of the number of rooms booked.

&bull; A $500 USD deposit is required to save the wedding date within a year. A larger deposit is required to save a date more than one (01) year in advance.

&bull; The initial deposit will be applied to your master account as credit.&nbsp;

&bull; Hotel policy states that 80% of your guests must stay in the same hotel.

&bull; Wedding collections inclusions cannot be modified, exchanged or substituted for cash value.Any other services not mentioned are available with extra charge.

&bull; Meli&aacute; Hotels International works with many certified local wedding service providers. Additional charges will apply if the couple chooses to employ external providers.
