General conditions

The reservation of vehicles is limited to one per user per room during the contracted period of stay. The reservation is free of charge for a maximum period of 12 consecutive hours from 10am to 10pm, subject to availability. Reservations may be made up to 40 days in advance. The vehicle may only be used within the island where the hotel is located, or within a radius of 300 km if the hotel is located on the mainland. Local traffic, transport and parking regulations must be observed at all times.

Booking

To book the service, users must register on the booking app, available for both iOS and Android devices. The app download link is received together with the booking confirmation email. To create a user account, users must provide the necessary personal details and upload the required documentation. Cancellation of the hotel booking will automatically result in the cancellation of the vehicle booking.

Driving requirements

Be over 18 years of age. Have a valid identity document (ID card or passport). Have a valid hotel reservation for the date of the vehicle booking. Be in possession of a valid driving licence valid in Spain, valid for at least one year, which enables you to drive the type of vehicle included in the service. For countries outside the European Union, except Iceland, Liechtenstein, Norway and the United Kingdom, an international driving licence is also required, accompanied by a passport and a foreign driving licence. The loss or withdrawal of the driving licence or the right to drive the vehicle will result in immediate cancellation of the service.

Other terms and conditions

The Contracting Conditions, Conditions of Use and Privacy Policy must be accepted. Once the data and documentation uploaded have been verified, and if all the requirements are met, the user account will be validated, allowing the service to be contracted through the application.
