Marvel at a Christmas tree of almost 30 metres in height decorated with hundreds of lights. Since 1995, a ceramic cup with changing colours and emblems of Frankfurt has been produced every year for the Christmas market to serve mulled wine or the Frankfurt speciality of hot apple wine. The different booths offer a colourful mix of food and heated guest rooms, confectionery stands and children’s carousels. The heart of the market consists of nearly 100 booths for Christmas items.

Römer
The scent of roasted almonds and mulled wine wafts through the historic old town of Frankfurt. Between Römerberg and Paulsplatz you’ll find a large number of elaborately decorated stalls. In addition to typical Christmas market specialities and reinterpretations of local Frankfurt delicacies, Christmas decorations and handicrafts can also be browsed and purchased.

Rosa Weihnacht and Hauptwache
The Friedrich-Stoltze-Platz will be pink again. Rosa Weihnacht is a culinary festival for the gay community, but also open and very welcoming to all visitors.
